I already have hundreds of hours. Do I start over?
No. Upload the Board forms you already have (PDFs from another app, or photos of paper logs) and Confirm reads the hours, supervisor and site from each one. You check everything before it’s saved. No files? Type your totals in. How moving your hours works.
Do I have to connect my calendar?
Not at all. Log by hand, use Planner Scanner, or sync Google Calendar. Sync is optional and read-only: it sees only each event’s date and time, checks the title against keywords you pick, and never writes to your calendar. A work calendar may need your employer's OK first.
Does my supervisor need an account?
No. They can sign from an emailed link (what they sign each week). A free account adds a dashboard, in-app signing and a Monday summary, and a licensed clinician who tracks their own CE in Confirm can supervise from that same account. Either of you can send the invitation.
Is the export the official BBS form?
Confirm fills the Experience Verification format from your log, one form per supervisor per site. Your supervisor still reviews and signs, as the Board requires. The form, explained.
Which States and license types are covered?
All 50 States. Add each license you hold and Confirm loads that board’s hour and category requirements, with its own renewal clock.
Can it read any certificate?
Photos, PDFs, and screenshots. Confirm pulls the provider, hours, and date, then shows you what it read before anything is saved, so you can correct it.
I already took courses this renewal. Do I re-enter them?
No. Upload your certificates or a CE Broker transcript all at once. Confirm logs each course with its certificate attached.
What happens if I'm audited?
Every logged hour links to its stored certificate. One tap emails you the renewal period as a single PDF: a summary page, the course list, and every certificate, numbered. Send it along.
I just got licensed. Do my associate hours carry over?
Yes. Tap “I passed my exam” in your account and Confirm adds CE tracking alongside your hours. Nothing is lost, and you can open either side whenever you need it.
