- Ethics pertaining to the field of practice: 6 hours
- Suicide prevention: 4 hours
- Cultural competency and diversity, equity and inclusion: 6 hours
- Live or interactive hours (in person or live online): 20 hoursOne half must be live seminar or webinar with interaction.

- Self-study / non-interactive hours (self-study): at most 20 hoursNo more than 20 hours of distance education.
- Teaching (teaching a course, presenting or speaking): at most 20 hours
- Attending Board meetings (board or committee service): at most 4 hours
- Community meetings (other professional activity): at most 6 hours
