Renewal year runs July 1 to June 30.
Hours that must be included
- Clinical content including diagnosis and treatment: 10 hours
One-time and recurring courses
- Social work ethics: 3 hours, every 2 yearsThree hours once every two years.
Limits
- Online / distance hours (live online or self-study): at most 10 hoursDistance learning cannot exceed 10 of the 20 hours.
Paperwork and other items
- Board-approved supervisors: 3 hours in supervisionClinical supervisors: three hours in clinical supervision every two years.
