Yes. Up to 1,300 hours earned as a trainee, before your degree, can count, and no more than 750 of those can be counseling and supervision combined.

How much supervision does a trainee need?

Do LPCC or LCSW practicum hours count?

No. Those hours start after your degree, once you are registered as an associate.
